Eileen Villanueva is the Membership Coordinator at the Greater Niles Chamber of Commerce. In 2017, Eileen graduated with her Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies and is now continuing her education with Indiana University South Bend to receive her Master's Degree in the same field. In addition to serving on the board of the Ferry Street Resource Center, Eileen is a member of Michiana Business Support and serves on the Niles DDA Main Street's Promotions Committee.
Harry Lockridge (Board President) has served the FSRC board for 10 years. Harry is a 51 year resident of Niles, Michigan by way of Detroit. Harry also serves as an Elder at New Beginnings Ministries. His joy in life is his 9 year old son Markell Lockridge. He enjoys golf, bowling and serving.
Paullean James is retired from the State of Michigan Highway Maintenance Department after 26 years of excellent service as a Truck Mechanic. She has served on the Ferry Street Resource Center Board of Directors for over 10 years. In her retirement she loves line dancing, sewing, cardio drumming, and traveling.
T. Justin Flagel grew up in Bridgman, Michigan and found his way to Niles in the mid 2000s. He currently works for the School of Nursing at the Vera Z. Dwyer College of Health Sciences at Indiana University South Bend. He is a writer, the owner of Red Chuck Productions, and the co-host and engineer for the roots music internet radio show, Mambo Sauce. He is actively involved in working to better his community, including serving as a board member of the Niles Main Street Downtown Development Authority.
Tamiko Brown (Treasurer) is the Assistant Branch Manager for Old National Bank located at 1903 S. 11th street in Niles. If you’re looking for financial advise or literacy please stop in and see her. With over 20 years of customer service experience, she takes pride in ensuring every customer sustains financial growth. As the Treasurer for the Ferry Street Resource Center, in Niles, she is an active volunteer in the community and enjoys spending time with her family. She has served on FSRC board for 4 years.
