- Connections and assistance applying for stable housing solutions.
- Coordinating access to local subsidized housing programs.
- Help paying critical gas, electric, or water bills.
- Help obtaining or replacing vital documents for identification and access to services—including birth certificate and ID.
- Referrals to safe, reliable transportation for appointments or services.
- Referrals to women’s health and pregnancy support services.
